Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations, translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM and the broader go-to-market systems landscape
• Lead complex CRM initiatives from problem framing to rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing CRM platforms in an IT or Business Systems environment
• Deep understanding of go-to-market processes, including lead management and sales pipeline workflows
• Hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM is required
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system challenges
• Experience supporting B2B revenue teams is preferred
