Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations, translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM and the broader go-to-market systems landscape
- Lead complex CRM initiatives from problem framing to rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing CRM platforms in an IT or Business Systems environment
- Deep understanding of go-to-market processes, including lead management and sales pipeline workflows
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM is required
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system challenges
- Experience supporting B2B revenue teams is preferred
