Staff Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Finance technology vision and roadmap, optimizing workflows and operational controls across key financial processes
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to manage product backlog, configure system changes, and ensure successful deployment of enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Finance Business Systems Analyst or in NetSuite ERP product ownership roles
• Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and understanding of its modules
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale financial system implementations and automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of core Finance/Accounting principles and end-to-end financial processes
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred
