Job Summary

Staff Business Systems Analyst, responsible for leading the evolution of HR technology systems in a full-time remote role, focusing on improving HR operations and employee experiences through system management and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead and administrator for core People Systems, managing system changes for a global workforce
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to HR processes to streamline operations and reduce manual work
  • Lead complex HR Systems projects from problem framing to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in IT Business Systems or HR Technology roles with hands-on stakeholder management
  • Deep experience configuring modern HRIS and ATS platforms across core HR functions
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruiting and performance management
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end system projects from design to post-launch support
  • Experience supporting HR systems in multi-country environments with knowledge of data privacy requirements
