Staff Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Cloud Security Engineer to join their team remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security hardening across AWS and GCP environments, defining standards for cloud architecture
• Own and mature the approach to identifying and remediating cloud security risks
• Serve as a primary responder for cloud-specific security alerts and improve detection and response workflows

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience securing modern cloud environments, especially AWS
• Experience with GCP security or ability to quickly adapt to a multi-cloud environment
• Strong understanding of cloud IAM and access control mechanisms
• Experience with cloud security platforms such as Orca, Wiz, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code configurations
