Staff Collaboration Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Collaboration Systems Engineer, Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Google Workspace platform, including configuration and policy governance
• Design collaboration architecture and define best practices for a global, hybrid workforce
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting for Workspace issues, driving long-term fixes and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT systems or collaboration/platform engineering with hands-on Google Workspace ownership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Deep experience in managing complex Google Workspace environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with experience in Google Workspace APIs/SDKs
• Experience with security, privacy, and compliance controls related to collaboration tools
