Staff Content Designer

Job Summary

As the first Staff Content Designer in a fully remote, full-time position, the successful candidate will define content standards, ship content-led features, and elevate the quality of writing across the organization while managing the content strategy independently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and establish Bolt's product voice, terminology, and patterns for consistent content delivery
• Review and provide feedback on writing across the company to improve overall content quality
• Lead the end-to-end development of content-led features, including design and implementation without reliance on a product designer

Required qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing product content work with at least two examples demonstrating problem-solving and impact
• Experience independently taking a content-led feature from concept to shipping
• Proven ability to create standards or guidelines that have been effectively utilized by others
• Capability to provide constructive feedback to peers and non-designers
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
