Job Summary

As a highly customer-facing role, the full-time Staff Customer Engineer will troubleshoot complex issues for enterprise clients across cloud and container environments, manage end-to-end resolutions, and develop internal tools and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers during troubleshooting, onboarding, and expansion
  • Own and resolve complex customer issues across various cloud platforms and container environments, performing root-cause analysis and debugging
  • Design and engineer internal applications and automation scripts to streamline processes and contribute to AI tool development
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering role with a focus on troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, and at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling, with the ability to drive troubleshooting sessions independently
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Node.js, Bash, or similar) for automation and utility creation
  • Experience with observability tooling for diagnosing performance issues across distributed systems
