Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Full Spectrum Cyber AI Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, prototype, and evaluate multi-agent architectures and translate successful patterns into reusable libraries/services
• Create deployment automation for agentic services and build secure agent-to-tool integrations using open connectivity standards
• Debug and refine AI-driven workflows, ensuring generalization and building observability-first agent systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, applied R&D, or related fields
• Proven hands-on delivery of prototypes and automation tools
• Strong development skills with experience in building LLM-enabled systems and multi-agent workflows
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and modern deployment/IaC practices such as Terraform
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
