Staff Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Cyber Security Engineer to join their Security Architecture team, focusing on emerging technologies including AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various business units and IT to ensure secure technology design and deployment
• Develop threat models and control strategies for new and evolving technology platforms
• Communicate the importance of Cyber programs to secure buy-in from business and technology teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architecting secure products and maintaining a secure posture
• Knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25
• Advanced technical knowledge in one or more security domains
• Experience with threat analysis and modeling using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Familiarity with data and privacy regulations such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
