Staff Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Cybersecurity Engineer - Cloud & AI Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement security architecture patterns and improvements for cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Conduct security assessments on cloud workloads and applications, documenting findings and driving remediation
• Guide teams on safe GenAI adoption, ensuring alignment with InfoSec policies and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, or engineering; 3+ years securing public cloud environments
• Experience integrating security in DevOps and building guardrails/policy-as-code
• Strong understanding of cloud security controls across GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Proficiency with Terraform and/or HashiCorp Sentinel; experience with GitHub
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred
