Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst, Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Capital Markets and Lending Partnership teams to shape the capital strategy and engage with capital investors
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop credit metrics, financial forecasts, and drive alignment on platform performance
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence in data, credit, and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology and financial sectors with a focus on industry dynamics
• Strong background in credit analytics, valuation, and quantitative financial model development
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and experience with Python or R
• Experience with data modeling and building data pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, and Redshift
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or other quantitative fields
