Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to support growth through analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user pain points through quantitative analysis
• Develop and present reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business KPIs and metrics
• Conduct independent analyses and execute experimentation roadmaps to drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline; MS in Business Analytics preferred
• 8+ years of experience in business and/or product analytics with large datasets
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation from Snowflake warehouse
• Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards
• Familiarity with experimentation methods and basic statistics required
