Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Analyst, Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact analytical problems across Care, from problem definition through execution and recommendation
• Lead deep-dive analyses into care operations, patient journeys, and provider workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
• Build and scale dashboards, reporting, and data foundations to support operational and strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
• Expert SQL skills, including working with large datasets and writing optimized queries
• Strong experience with data modeling and collaboration with data/analytics engineering
• Advanced experience with BI tools, including building scalable dashboards
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
