Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the development of advanced data solutions, the full-time remote Staff Data Analyst will architect scalable data models, partner with cross-functional teams to analyze key performance drivers, and champion automated data architecture to support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain high-fidelity, scalable data models for enterprise business intelligence and GenAI applications
• Collaborate with data engineering and business partner teams to analyze and report on performance drivers across the organization
• Develop self-serve analytics and strategic data products to reduce manual effort and accelerate insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics experience focused on strategic decision-making
• Expert level SQL and Snowflake skills for architecting and optimizing large datasets
• Experience using dbt to develop and orchestrate analytical data models
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI for automating data delivery processes
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively
