Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Staff Data Analyst will build and manage GTM data products, partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, and ensure data connectivity across systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain canonical data products and underlying data models for GTM reporting
• Serve as the analytical resource for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops, translating business questions into actionable insights
• Connect CRM, product usage, and billing data to provide a comprehensive view of customer interactions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, particularly supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops
• Proven experience in building data models and BI layers from scratch
• Familiarity with CRM, product usage, and billing data integration
• Experience in a product-led growth or usage-based business model
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in data analysis
