Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-native financial management solutions, the full-time Staff Data Analyst will partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics for BILL.AI, conduct deep-dive analyses, and build scalable analytics systems, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the metrics framework for BILL.AI, establishing key performance indicators related to AI accuracy and customer trust
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify drivers of AI adoption and customer trust, informing product roadmap prioritization
• Build AI-augmented analytics systems to enhance insight generation and streamline data processes across multiple teams

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in a data analyst role within a technology-driven or fintech environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python for analysis
• Experience with dbt and data modeling, including designing reusable data assets
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experiment design in ambiguous environments
• A degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
