Staff Data Analyst

Job Summary

Leading data strategy for regulatory engagements, the full-time Staff Data Analyst will develop actionable analytics and influence compliance strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data strategy from ETL development to source data validation and analysis for regulatory engagements
• Connect regulatory expectations to Compliance and Product roadmaps to influence strategic decisions
• Educate internal and external partners on the impact of regulations and policies on the compliance program

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Compliance/AML experience
• Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Expertise in ETL development
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using deep technical expertise
