Job Summary

Focused on delivering actionable analytics, the full-time Staff Data Analyst will lead data strategy for regulatory engagements, connect compliance expectations to business roadmaps, and educate stakeholders on compliance impacts while working within the Block Compliance Analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements, including ETL development and data validation
• Influence compliance strategy by connecting regulatory expectations with product roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic builds of compliance program elements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance/AML
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Proven experience in ETL development
• Strong ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences
