Staff Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the growth of the Business Intelligence team, the full-time remote Staff Data Analyst will define analytics strategy, shape KPI frameworks, and utilize SQL to analyze data for executive decision-making and operational excellence in a healthcare context.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive analytics strategy in partnership with executive leadership
- Support regulatory reporting needs and ensure alignment across data definitions and reporting structures
- Develop predictive models and scalable data models to support enterprise-level reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7-10 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and strong experience with Python or R
- Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and compliance considerations
