Staff Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a high-impact Data team, the remote Staff Data Analyst will establish data-driven business commands, conduct rigorous analyses to drive product and business impact, and champion trustworthy data governance practices.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to design key business metrics, dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting systems
- Conduct analyses that reveal root causes and forecast outcomes, transforming findings into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and influence the development of dimensional data models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
- Advanced technical proficiency in SQL and dbt for data querying and transformation
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
