Staff Data Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Staff Data Analyst will build and maintain data models, analyze user activation funnels, and create self-serve reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain data models to support critical workflows and insights
- Translate complex questions into actionable metrics for various departments, including Product and Marketing
- Create and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track growth KPIs and product health
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with BI platforms such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Advanced SQL skills, including familiarity with CTEs and managing query costs
- Basic proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R
- Experience within a product or marketing organization, with knowledge of product development dynamics
