Staff Data Analyst
Job Summary
Driving sustainable growth throughout the customer lifecycle, the full-time Staff Data Analyst will lead analytical projects, contribute to data models, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence business strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead analytical projects to identify drivers of customer and product behavior, segmentation, and engagement
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting for key lifecycle marketing KPIs
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define measurement strategies and influence the business roadmap
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- 8+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within fintech or a related consumer-facing industry
- Proven expertise in SQL and experience working in cloud-based data warehouses
- Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as Python or R
