Staff Data Analyst, Compliance

Job Summary

Leading data strategy for regulatory engagements, the full-time Staff Data Analyst, Compliance will develop actionable analytics, connect regulatory expectations to compliance roadmaps, and educate partners on compliance impacts, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data strategy from ETL development to source data validation and analysis for regulatory engagements
• Connect regulatory expectations with Compliance and Product roadmaps to influence strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and enhance essential compliance program elements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Compliance/AML experience
• Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Proven expertise in ETL development
• Experience solving complex problems using deep technical expertise
