Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Architect and drive the development of robust, scalable, and production-grade data platforms and pipelines using modern data technologies
• Lead the technical direction for data architecture, modeling, transformation, and the operationalization of ML/AI models to achieve measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of full-stack data practitioner experience with at least 4 years in a data engineering or architecture role
• Proven track record designing and optimizing production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines
• Deep expertise with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Advanced Python and SQL proficiency
