Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to lead their data engineering team and manage complex data challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and models for analytics and reporting
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement data validation and quality assurance standards
• Optimize data pipeline performance and migrate data warehouse architecture to Lakehouse

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience with ETL performance tuning and data lake patterns
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and querying
• Expertise in distributed data processing/storage technologies
• Proven ability to build production-ready ETL pipelines handling large volumes of data
