Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer who will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and maintain data architecture and standards for data integration and warehousing
• Research and develop data solutions for BI development and data visualization
• Maintain data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability across workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Demonstrated ability to optimize dashboard performance and server configuration
• Proficiency in SQL and dimensional modeling for analytics-ready data sources
• Deep knowledge of Tableau Server administration, including REST API and TSM
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or BigQuery as BI data sources
