- Implement and champion data quality processes and observability practices
- Lead efforts to increase adoption of the data platform
- Consolidate all data into one cloud-based enterprise data platform
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with Pyspark and Databricks
- Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, and Reshirt
- Knowledge of DBT
- Strong technical acumen across data analytics and data engineering
- Experience in promoting engineering best practices and cultural change
