Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

To architect and elevate the Marketing and Revenue Management data platforms, the full-time Staff Data Commercial Engineer will define the architectural direction of the Lakehouse ecosystem, ensuring reliability and governance while mentoring engineering teams to build world-class data products across various commercial domains.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the architectural owner for Marketing and Revenue Management data models and metric definitions
• Design and maintain certified datasets aligned to business logic and executive reporting standards
• Architect and optimize high-scale Lakehouse solutions for performance, governance, and cost efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or analytics engineering roles
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Databricks or equivalent Spark environments
• Expertise in Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with Unity Catalog governance and permissions
