Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and evolution of enterprise data architecture, the full-time Staff Data Engineer will build and maintain scalable data pipelines, establish data governance standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture and data models
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across various platforms
• Define and implement data governance best practices, ensuring data quality and accessibility

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in building and maintaining production ETL/ELT pipelines
• Proven ability to design scalable warehouse schemas and data models
• Deep knowledge of database architecture and distributed data systems
• Experience implementing data governance standards, including RBAC
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS data tooling such as Redshift and Glue
