Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Data Commercial Engineer, the candidate will architect and enhance Marketing and Revenue Management data platforms to support commercial decision-making across various domains while ensuring reliability and governance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the architectural owner for Marketing and Revenue Management data models and metric definitions
• Design and maintain certified datasets aligned to business logic and executive reporting standards
• Architect and optimize high-scale Lakehouse solutions for performance, governance, and cost efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Databricks or equivalent Spark environments
• Expertise in Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with data quality frameworks and observability standards
