Staff Data Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of scalable data platforms, the temporary Staff Data Engineer will build reliable data pipelines and robust data models while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with remote work considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and dbt
• Develop and maintain robust data models that support analytics, reporting, and machine learning
• Mentor team members through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL
• Expertise with dbt, data modeling, and modern data warehouse best practices
• Experience designing and optimizing large-scale data architectures
• Proven ability to work with complex datasets and deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions
