Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the future of enterprise data infrastructure, the full-time Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer will lead modernization efforts, assess technical gaps, and establish best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technical program leadership to assess and improve enterprise data infrastructure environments
• Lead technical discovery and operational readiness planning to identify gaps and modernization opportunities
• Provide mentorship and hands-on leadership to enhance complex infrastructure and data environments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud engineering, or related infrastructure roles
• Expert-level experience with AWS and enterprise cloud infrastructure patterns
• Strong understanding of database and data platform technologies, including relational databases and data warehouses
• Experience with on-premise to cloud migration programs and operational readiness
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and infrastructure standards in enterprise environments
