Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Data Scientist to drive data-driven insights and experimentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the experimentation roadmap and execute strategies for measuring impact on business metrics
• Design and analyze complex A/B tests and apply advanced causal inference techniques
• Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover user behavior trends and develop measurement frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science, economics, or product analytics with a focus on experimentation and causal inference
• B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Expertise in causal inference methods and advanced statistical methodologies for experimentation
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R, and expert-level proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data transformation and workflow management tools is a strong plus
