Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help shape roadmaps by integrating business context and Data Science
• Build reliable, efficient, and scalable models for AI/ML capabilities
• Create robust data pipelines and evaluate the impact of models in production systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in data science or data engineering, or Master's Degree plus 5 years, or PhD plus 3 years of experience in Data Science
• Experience using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
• Experience leading end-to-end machine learning and data science projects
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
