Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to develop and implement advanced analytical solutions for improving patient care and healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect data pipelines and analytical frameworks for predicting patient risk and evaluating value-based care programs
• Evaluate and implement machine learning and statistical methodologies for clinical data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build analytics systems that provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field and 8+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling
• Experience in designing scalable data science systems and infrastructure
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical inference
• Experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with healthcare terminologies is preferred
