Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of modeling approaches in collaboration with the Machine Learning Research team
• Drive rapid experimentation cycles and identify high-impact modeling opportunities
• Integrate machine learning models into product workflows, ensuring they drive measurable business KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production and optimizing model performance
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in NLP and healthcare data
