Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to drive personalization and product marketplace improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and propose data solutions to complex business problems across departments
• Develop, deploy, and maintain data models in Snowflake, ensuring integration with existing data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and enhance personalization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in a data or quantitative role
• Graduate degree in data science, analytics, mathematics, machine learning, or a related field is a plus
• Proven expertise in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Expert level proficiency in Python for data manipulation and model development
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Git for data warehousing and collaborative code development
