Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join its Data Science and AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end model development from data acquisition to deployment and monitoring
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to solve high-ambiguity business challenges and align data science solutions with company objectives
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish data science technical standards within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and statistical modeling
• Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business impact through data science solutions
• Experience with cloud services and databases such as GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Ability to communicate data science concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
