Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to lead the design and development of scalable ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full machine learning lifecycle from problem framing to monitoring for critical initiatives
• Design and implement advanced ML and statistical models to enhance product performance and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, success metrics, and integration strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science with a proven track record of delivering production ML systems
• Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and model evaluation
• Experience with distributed data processing, real-time inference, and ML Ops frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and related tools
