Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with sales leads to communicate underwriting results and identify automation opportunities
• Lead collaborations between Data Science and Growth teams, ensuring project risks are managed effectively
• Refine value-based care contracts by providing strategic insights based on stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative analysis within healthcare or consulting
• A degree in statistics, applied math, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one data science programming language, preferably Python
• Experience in mentoring and fostering technical rigor among team members
• Ability to apply research and analytic models to inform growth operations
