Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to lead scientific measurement and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the company-level measurement framework anchored in MAU ARPU
• Architect the semantic mart and metric logic powering insights and reporting
• Own cross-company models that drive executive decisions, including marketing mix and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, economics, statistics, or applied research
• Deep expertise in causal inference, experimental design, and observational analysis
• Experience defining and owning company-level measurement frameworks or strategic models
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with causal evidence
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
