Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to frame business problems and guide product innovations
• Build and deploy predictive models to optimize matching algorithms for growth and marketplace health
• Lead the end-to-end experimental framework to measure product changes' impact on community sentiment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably in consumer tech or marketplace companies
• Expertise in SQL and Python/R, with experience in modern data warehouses
• Deep knowledge of causal inference and experimental design beyond simple A/B tests
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders
