Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large structured and unstructured datasets to inform AI models and product decisions
• Develop and apply statistical methods to identify patterns and trends in HR performance and engagement data
• Design and engineer features from diverse data sources to support machine learning models and knowledge representations

Required Qualifications

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics in a production environment
• Strong foundation in statistical methods applicable to large datasets
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in data processing pipelines
