Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist, District GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline analytics system for the GTM team to streamline data usage and reporting
• Make data integral to GTM decisions by identifying key drivers and running structured experiments
• Ensure core B2B datasets are reliable and well-defined for effective analytics work

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Familiarity with SQL and modern analytics tools (dbt, Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery)
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Background in analyzing B2B SaaS sales pipeline or revenue operations data
• Proven track record of impactful data work influencing team decisions
