Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct analyses for biopharma clients, translating complex research questions into actionable insights
• Generate insights from complex real-world data and serve as an expert on methodological nuances
• Lead the implementation of advanced statistical methods and mentor team members on technical standards

Required Qualifications

• Advanced education in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, public health, or related fields (Master's degree or PhD with 4+ years of experience)
• Expert-level proficiency in observational real-world healthcare data and survival analysis methodologies
• Proficient in R and SQL, with experience in machine learning and LLM-based coding assistants
• Experience as a primary technical point of communication for biopharma clients
• Strong project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams
