Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Growth Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analytical strategy for the marketing and product funnels, including acquisition, onboarding, and member engagement
• Design and lead experimentation programs across marketing and product, including causal inference and attribution frameworks
• Drive the narrative on marketing and product performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation with a proven impact on growth
• Expertise in experimentation and causal inference, including design and interpretation of rigorous tests
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in dbt and product analytics instrumentation
• Experience with AI-native tools and context engineering for BI and self-service analytics
