Job Summary

Leading the development and deployment of classical ML and GenAI systems, the remote Staff Data Scientist will generate and validate billing error, audit, and fraud concepts in healthcare payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful production capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship classical ML and GenAI pipelines for identifying billing errors and fraud concepts in large-scale healthcare claims data
• Advance research in anomaly detection and weak supervision to create robust production systems
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring, ensuring reliability and customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional data science experience
• Proven track record of managing data teams and delivering complex products from concept to deployment
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security
• Exceptional team management abilities with experience in building high-performing teams
