Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing data-driven organization, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will define business problems, analyze data, and drive outcomes across various business units, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the right problems and understand the business questions that analyses will answer
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights that impact key metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of driving ambiguous analytical problems to business outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• Experience in defining metrics and using data to influence decision-making
