Job Summary

Driving enterprise impact, the full-time remote Staff Data Scientist will lead high-impact data science initiatives, design advanced analytical models, and communicate insights to senior leadership, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data science initiatives from problem framing through deployment, delivering measurable business outcomes
• Design and develop sophisticated analytical models and experimentation frameworks to address complex business challenges
• Communicate complex analytical results through compelling narratives and visualizations to ensure clarity and adoption among stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; master's degree preferred
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms with a focus on forecasting, optimization, and causal inference
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning techniques applicable to regulated environments
• Preferred certification in statistics, experimentation, forecasting, optimization, or a related analytical discipline
