Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

To enhance security measures, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will work remotely, providing technical direction to data teams, developing methods to quantify security-related incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to protect critical business assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior technical direction and hands-on leadership to data teams on security-related projects
• Identify and tackle broad company problems through data science initiatives
• Mentor data science talent and promote best practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of data science experience or equivalent in a quantitative field
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics or Engineering
• Proven experience leading organization-wide initiatives and collaborating across multiple teams
• Ability to balance execution with research and scalable design
• Proficiency with AI tools for model development and analysis
